Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, etc

Taking down Old U/S submain wiring and accessories .

M & L for one light point/ fan point controlled by one, one way flame proof switch surface type wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through ERW steel conduit heavy duty ISI mark of size 20mm external dia with all accessories like tees, bends elbows, reducers bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts saddles, pipe hooks etc as specified

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 650/1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-1536-1977 multi-stranded 2.5 Sqmm single core, copper conductor drawn through ERW steel conduit heavy duty ISI mark of size 20mm external dia and 2.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI marked as earth continuity wire and steel conductcomplete all as specified and directed Note: Two runs of conductor with one run of earth wire and steel conduct will be measured & paid as one unit)

S&F in replacement of flameproof/ weather proof exhaust fan, 18" (450mm), single phase,with and including louvers with suitable size of wire mash, complete CMRI certified recommended for gas group of IIA & IIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing. Make- Sudhir Cat No 140 or equivalent of make Sudhir / Bajaj/CG complete as directed. Note:-The rate quoated shall be in including making holes of suitable for exhaust fan of size 450 mm dia in PCC block masonry wall, making good the side of hole with CM (1:4) on wall with two coat of paint match with existing wall and distributed surface with 4 nos of stainless steel fastner of suitable size to fit the exhaust fan with louvers no extra payment will be allowed to contractor on this regard.

S&F in replacement of flameproof/ weather proof exhaust fan, 24" (600mm), single phase,with and including louvers with suitable size of wire mash, complete CMRI certified recommended for gas group of IIA & IIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing. Note:-The rate quoated shall be in including making holes of suitable for exhaust fan of size 600 mm dia in PCC block masonry wall, making good the side of hole with CM (1:4) on wall with two coat of paint match with existing wall and distributed surface with 4 nos of stainless steel fastner of suitable size to fit the exhaust fan with Louvers no extra payment will be allowed to contractor on this regard.

S & F in replacement of flame proof and weather proof FLP LED flood light fitting 90 watt system effiency not less than 122 lumen watt complete all as directed and specified. NOTE: T & P for fixing of FP/WP light at given location / given height will include in quated rates.

Supply and fixing flame proof/weather proof 4 feet LED light fitting 1x20 Watt CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size. NOTE: T & P for fixing of FP/WP light at given location / given height will include in quated rates.
