Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in hard / dense soil each not exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layer watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A/C or steel sheeting, any gauge of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S &F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with L or J hooks all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mmx 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed

S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning and the voids shall also be filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames exc 1.5 sqm & n exc 4 sqm with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing shutters of any description and in any position exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each leaf complete all as specified and directed

S&F 30 mm thick factory made Flush shutters , solid core construction , with block board core and plywood face panels commercial face on bath sides with lipping/frame to match with and including preparation of the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 30 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters of 2nd class Hard Wood(Not less than Hollock wood) local made shutter, open rebated and prepare to revive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars ) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with moulded beads both sides for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of the new wooden surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium handles cast type, anodized of 150 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodised , barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F butt hinges 100mm long medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt 250mm long with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of painted surface of wood and wood based material any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate),75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as 75mm thick finished fair complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeting 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out for foundation etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, levelling course etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items i.e.. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc., of any description and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/stone masonry and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing old kerb stones and M&L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade M-15 design mix and of shape and size erected, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal of disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Sizes shall be as under :- Length (L) not less than 300mm, Height (H) 300mm to 350mm, Thickness (T) 100mm and radius (R) 75mm.

Taking out old existing roof treatment including pvc and Material and labour for water proofing treatment to roof slab by applying one coat of bituminous / polymerised primer confirming to IS 3384 @ 0.30 Ltr /sqm and laying grit finish Acetic Polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre-fabricated , reinforced with non woven polyester of 3.50 kg / sqm (minimum) and 3mm thick minimum and making side lap of 75 mm and 100 mm end overlaps and inserting inside the parapet walls alround 15 cm to avoid any leakage from the walls and before apply of APP membrane first make surface smooth by pvc 1:2:4 (25mm) thick and plaster 1:4 (10mm) thick and then application of APP membrane,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
