The quoted rates should include all overhead charges for Inspection & Pressure Test of Mast Raising Cylinders with Seal Kit for Rig HP-2000-1 & 2, Rajahmundry Asset. The work should be carried out as per Scope of Work. Firm Rates to be quoted by the bidders keeping in mind the detailed scope of work attached along with the tender document

Only Yellow coloured squares have to filled and do not fill other squares in price bid format. Bidder must quote strictly as per this price format.

The above table is only for the purpose of understanding and calculation; thebidder has to quote the total value (Total Service Cost (F=e1+e2) of the above.

Above price break up should be submitted along with the price bid and not with the techno commercial bid

Before filling the Price Bid Contractors are requested to read complete document carefully

Boarding & Lodging charges during the period of inspection & pressure test shall be borne by contractor . Bidders to quote accordingly.

Documentation cost ( hard copy & Soft copy) shall be borne by the contractor.

Price evaluation will be done based on "Total Service Cost (F) including GST" quoted by bidder.

Delivery Terms/ Job completion schedule shall be as stipulated in the tender documents

Bidder must indicate Rate of applicable GST amount separately and the same should also be indicated in their invoices also in case of placement of order

Bidder should mention their GST no. in their offer and the same should also be indicated in their printed invoices also in case of placement of order.

The Contractor shall be liable for the payment of GST which in turn will be paid by ONGC as per tender terms & conditions. In the event of any penalty imposed by the Government Authority on the GST or on any other matter, the same shall not be payable by ONGC. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the same.

Bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. Buyer will not take any responsibility in this regards.
