Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Contractor should have executed same nature of work in last three years

Submission of nil service fee, negative fee of margin over such minimum wage cost of man power shall be rejected as non responsible

Contractor should make the payment on 5th of every month

Since this is man power service providing work payment is expected to be delayed and the service provider should do the payment for work already executed period

Tender can be rejected without giving any reasons by the tender calling authority

Conditions in the tender notification should be read and understood and it is also part of general conditions

Bidder should quote the lumpsum amount including amount put to tender plus service charges. If quoted below amount put to tender and nil service charges is liable to rejection

The Tenderer should have successfully provided man power services or similar services for any Central/State Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/reputed company in past 3 years ie 2025-26,2024-25,2023-24
