Outsourcing for provision of services of Data Entry Operator (03 Nos) for day to day work such as computerized typing/DTP, uploading/down loading data from internet/e-portals & websites, keeping records and documents, diary/dispatch of Dak and related clerical work by deploying Data Entry Operators on each working day for MES offices in single shift from 0900 hours to 1700 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. All requisite appliances and stationery such as computer/ printer and pen, pencil, paper, file cover, register, tags etc shall be provided by the department. 2. Quoted rate shall be per working day for above mentioned work force. 3. The rate quoted by contractor is per month per person. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account at later stage. ( Note : The Contractor shall deploy 03 Data Entry Operators on each working Day)

Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 3 here-in-before for the following

(i) Data Entry Operator wages

(ii) ESI as per existing rules.

(iii) Employer's contribution towards EPF as per existing rules

(iv) Contribution of Bonus

(v) Over head charges & profit on Ser No (i) to (iv) above.

(vi) LWC as per existing rules

Outsourcing to provide day to day Internal/External conservancy services of Safiawala on each working day for cleaning of toilets/washrooms and upkeeping of MES offices, premisses and installations by sweeping/ moping/Dusting including rearranging of furniture articles/ removal of waste from dustbin and waste paper bucket/ removal of cob-webs/ cleaning of doors, windows, glass pane, wire mesh and brooming of roads of surrounding area including cleaning of storm water drain/nallah etc in the premises of office complex by deploying Safiawala on each working day in single shift from 0800 hours to 1600 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. All requisite appliances such as broom, duster cloth, mope shall be provided by the department. 2. Consumables and cleaning material like detergents & mineral turpentine oil including disinfectants like phenyle, acid, naptha balls/cakes shall be provided by the department. 3. Quoted rate shall be per working day for above mentioned work force. 4. External cleaning (i.e grass & vegetation) to be extent marked on site plan to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/AGE (T) of respective offices. The necessary tools for cleaning viz grass cutting machine etc to be arranged by the contractor and the rate quoted is deemed inclusive of this aspects. The disposal of waste i.e grass & vegetation within MD land [The place shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge within MD land] is the responsibility of contractor and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of this aspect also. Please note that for the external cleaning contractor has to deploy minimum 01 grass cutting machine during contract period. The contractor has to keep minimum 01 cart for disposal of grass/vegetation. 5. Payment of safaiwala shall be made only after written confirmation by Engr-in-Charge/AGE (T) of GE's office. The confirmation to be submitted to GE every fortnight (i.e 15 days). 6. The rate quoted by contractor is per month per person. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account at later stage. ( Note : The Contractor shall deploy 02 Safiawala on each working Day)

Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 3 here-in-before for the following

(i) Safaiwala (Unskilled) wages

(ii) ESI as per existing rules.

(iii) Employer's contribution towards EPF as per existing rules

(iv) Contribution of Bonus

(v) Over head charges & profit on Ser No (i) to (iv) above.

(vi) LWC as per existing rules

Instruction to contractor in respect of Srl item Nos 1 to 2 mentioned above:- (i) Tenderer are requested to attach the latest order of Central Govt/State Govt/Local body regarding minimum wages and statutory deductions regarding EPF & ESI etc. (ii) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place otherwise it will be considered by rounding off two digits after decimal place in accordance with IS : 02 of 1960 (Revised 2016) of BIS. (iii) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Govt of India/concerned state Govt/Local body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, contribution to ESIC, contribution to bonus and LWC under respective heading/sub item (s). In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non-bonafide/invalid & shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such cases, the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid/bonafide bids only. (iv) The quotation with ‘Nil’ or ‘Zero’ consideration (Overhead / profit) shall be considered as ‘Non-bonafide’ (v) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on their capability such as working capital, turn over of last 3 financial year ending and list of similar nature work complete in last 3 years (vi)The rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable including GST. (vii) Contractor has to quote LS (Lumpsum) overhead & profit against each item. In case of variation in quantities no adjustment shall be made on overhead & profit charges quoted by contractor.
