Dahi matka/pouch making complete process taking milk from storage tank , heating and cooling , addition of culture , sealing and packing of matka , cleaning of section and withdrawl of packing material including caustic , nitric soda from store. Shifting from packing area to incubation room and to cold store after verification.

Shifting from packing area to incubation room and to cold store after verification.
