REPAIR MAINT OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AT KAUSANI UNDER GE RANIKHET

Dismantling of existing LT pole any size/type from foundation in necessary earth work incl dismantling of concrete MS clamps nuts, bolts, earth wire, OH lines conductor, insulators, guarding cradles & other accessories complete all as specified and directed. (demolition of MS cross arms, earth wire, OH conductor, guarding, cradles etc. will be measured separately).

Supplying, transporting to site, erection and fixing in position, steel tubular swaged and welded poles bend to shape swan neck type, of overall height 9 Mtrs long, type 410 SP - 31 type, IS-2713 marked with MS base plate (fillet welded to poles), finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & wahsers etc, including painting on the outside with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfacers and black bitumineous paint on steel surface embeded in concrete and painting 03 nos band/ strips with flourescent, PO box red synthetic enamel paint(30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block and numbering of poles, complete all as specefied and directed. Note:- (i) Excavation, earthwork and PCC will be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch'A' (ii) Poles shall be swaged and welded at manufacture's factory and not at site. The inner surface shall be factory painted.

Dismantling and taking down U/S cross arm channels and angle from section of various sizes and shapes flat iron clamps, including nut bolts and washer and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of cross arms bracing supports clamps, flat iron strips and back plates fabrication from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts washer MS pipe of required size and thickness for extension of height of pole by welding incl bending or welding cold or hot drilling holes for bolt in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat under two finishing coat of aluminum paint as specified.

Dismantling and taking down u/s pin/shackle insulator of any type and size complete and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pin/shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green of size 75mm height and 90mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts LT complete with insulator 12mm dia bolts, washers and nuts, MS strips of size 31 x 3 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking down all Aluminum/ACSR conductor/GI earth wire, guarding, cradles etc. any size from existing OH lines incl disconnection and as directed.

M&L stringing and strengthening of over head conductor (ACSR) on existing LT steel tubular pole including binding and jointing the conductor with and incl 14 SWG binding wire complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of existing stay assy any type/size from its stay rod, cutting stay rods (above ground portion) dismantling MS clamps nuts, bolts, stay bow, loop insulators, stay wire extra complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stay assembly comprising GI stay bow 400x14mm, GI steel stay rod 1800mm long x 16mm dia with nuts, bolts, washers, GI steel plate 230X230X6mm, two nos thimble loop insulator of size 65X90mm clearance hole 16 mm and fixed to stay clamps galvanised stay stranded wire of reqd length fixed to pole with size 7/2.5 mm incl excavation, PCC work (1:3:6) type C-2 complete all as specified and directed.
