Overhauling of Mechanical system for Ash Handling plant of U 4 Stg II SgTPP WBPDCL

Job description

BA Feed gate actuator cylinder dismantling, cylinder seal kit checking if require replacement, gasket fitting and cylinder fitting, if require then cylinder replacement.

BA Feed gate alignment, checking/ Replacement of side guide angles, rollers, wedges including water leakage arrest from enclosure body & view glass checking and replacement, if required.

BA Clinker grinder overhauling (Dismantling of crusher, checking/replacement of shaft, cam segments, sleeve, bearings, wear plates, sprocket etc.)and/or replacement of complete assembly of clinker grinder

BA Clinker Grinder gear box & fluid coupling checking, oil replacement/bearing replacement. Alignment of motor to gear box to clinker grinder. Gear box/Fluid coupling replacement if necessary.

BA Jet Pulsion pumps overhauling including checking/replacement of nozzle tip, nozzle plate, wear piece intermediate, throat increaser.

BA hopper four side trough seal nozzle checking, welding of nozzle pipe. Seal trough cleaning & water flushing.

BA clinker grinder feed sump checking, Repairing/replacement, welding, painting and refitting.

BA hopper all wall jetting nozzle checking/replacement.

Checking of BA area KGV, then servicing/replacement if required.

Checking & servicing/replacement of Water line valves (Gate, Globe and Plug) at BA area.

Refractory work inside BA hopper with Application of refractory by gunning machine including supply and fixing of SS anchors and SS wire mesh inside Bottom ash hopper

Refractory cooling header(100NB,SS316) And cooling water supply pipe(25 NB, SS 316)checking, fabrication & replacement

Checking and replacement of coupling gasket along with replacement of fittings (elbow, lateral etc.) for 250NB BA Slurry pipeline below BAH area

Replacement of 250NB BA Slurry pipeline near BA Hopper area (3 nos. pipelines)

Checking and Servicing/Replacement of Economizer hopper KGV

Checking/replacement if required of drop pipe below each eco hopper & Fabrication & erection of adaptor below each Economizer hopper

Replacement of 200 NB MS discharge pipe from flushing apparatus including fabrication of miter cut bends and reducers.

Replacement of 300 NB MS/ DRC Pipe Common discharge pipe below economizer flushing apparatus including fabrication and erection of discharge cone of individual flushing apparatus discharge pipe up to BA hopper and others areas at AHP as required

Dry & wet cleaning of Economizer hoppers

Dry & wet cleaning of ash from inside of Air Preheated hoppers

Vacuum line Gasket checking and replacement

Overhauling of ESP Material Handling valve replacement if required.

Overhauling of APH Material Handling valve replacement if required.

Replacement of ESP hopper fluidizing tiles

Wetting head nozzle cleaning / replacement

Wetting head replacement if required

Replacement of Collector tank cone

Checking/replacement (if required) of Impingement plate/wear plate/baffle plate inside each Collector tank.

Checking/replacement (if required) of Collector tank drop pipe.

Wet mode air washer nozzle cleaning/ replacement. Ash cleaning inside of air washer.

Fluidizing airline flushing/cleaning For ESP hoppers

Fly ash pipeline (6”, 8” & 10”) checking /replacement, if required

Fly ash pipe line (vacuum line) bend, elbow, lateral, match piece checking & replacement

Checking/servicing/replacement of Segregating valves 200 NB and 250 NB.

Checking/servicing/Replacement of vacuum breakers

Servicing / Replacement of all water line valves of FAE Tower ,necessary rectification if required

Water washing of 200 NB Vacuum line from Vacuum pump to Collecter Tank, Vacuum Pump and Silencer

Adopter below ESP Hoppers & APH Hoppers Checking, repairing & replacement if required

Checking and Servicing/replacement of Manual KGV below ESP & APH Hoppers

Replacement of different sizes of water pipeline (200 NB & above )

Replacement of different sizes of water pipeline (15 NB to 150 NB )

Cleaning of Buffer hopper, Intermediate Surge hopper, Transfer hopper, Air lock vessels and disposal of ash from worksite to suitable place (as per instruction of department) for FAE tower #4A & #4B

Each Air lock vessel’s top & bottom gate seat and disc checking/replacement(if required)

Each air lock vessel’s vent/equalizing

Intermediate Surge hopper wall body welding checking, repairing and strengthening

Checking/replacement of each Transfer vessel fluidizing tiles, top & bottom gate, vent/equalizing valve

Checking/repairing/replacement of square tiles with gasket of Intermediate Surge hopper.

Checking/cleaning/replacement of total filter bags for all buffer hoppers of FAE tower #4A & #4B including pulse jetting bar.

Installation of different types of valves (20 NB to 250 NB) for ash handling system

Fabrication & Erection of Platforms & walkway with hand rail at different areas at AHP, STG-2 (i)Walk-way with hand rail through Common Eco hopper discharge header for U#4. (ii)Platform with hand rail at HP water supply line isolation valve to Eco hoppers (U#4) (iii) Platform with handrail at each BA Hopper feed gate power cylinder (total- 6 nos) for maintenance purpose (iv) Platform with handrail at different location as requited at FAE Tower – 4A & 4B vertical Fly ash vacuum conveying line for coupling/pipe maintenance purpose (v)Vacuum pump silencer body repairing/refurbishment work (10 nos. silencer)

Couplings /Bends/Lateral checking and rectification by fabrication if required for 200NB and above pipe lines

Replacement/repairing of flushing Apparatus of Economizer hoppers

Replacement/repairing of seal box of Economizer hoppers

Dismantling & Replacement of bottom ash hopper feed gate including pneumatic cylinder assembly

Replacement and strengthening along with encasing of clinker grinder drive motor base frame including dismantling and re-erection of drive motor, Gear Box and Fluid coupling
