od302768/2023_2024 : Comprehensive maintenance of 7 passengers lift including monthly checking and servicing of the lift and attending breakdowns including cleaning,lubricating the guids and all moving parts, replaceing the lubricating oil including that of reduction gear as and when required,checking and adjusting car levels in all the safety provisions are intact,checking replacing all damaged and unserviceable compoents including suspension ropes,reduction gear,electrical and electronic parts ,attending all break downs calls and when intimated over telephone and setting right the lift by arranging genuine materials/spares,consumable and labour etc.Complete as required.
