In fulfillment of para 14 of Tender form (second Sheet) of GCCApril 2022 and clause no. 1.43.2 of the tender document, theparticipating firms shall ensure submission of followingmandatory documents as per their type of the firm:- (Nonsubmission will lead to rejection of their bids).

Partnership Firm:- (i) A notarized copy of the Partnership Deed or a copy of the Partnership deed registered with the Registrar. (ii) A notarized or registered copy of Power of Attorney in favour of the individual to tender for the work, sign the agreement etc. and create liability against the firm. Company registered under Companies Act2013:- (i) The copies of MOA (Memorandum of Association) / AOA (Articles of Association) of the company (ii) A copy of Certificate of Incorporation (iii) A copy of Authorization/Power of Attorney issued by the Company (backed by the resolution of Board of Directors) in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalf of the company and create liability against the company. HUF Firm:- (i) A copy of notarized affidavit on Stamp Paper declaring that he who is submitting the tender on behalf of HUF is in the position of 'Karta' of Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) and he has the authority, power and consent given by other members to act on behalf of HUF. LLP (Limited Liability Partnership):- (i) A copy of LLP Agreement (ii) A copy of Certificate of Incorporation (iii) A copy of Power of Attorney/Authorization issued by the LLP in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalf of the LLP and create liability against the LLP. (iv) An undertaking by all partners of the LLP that they are not blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry / Department of the Govt. of India from participation in tenders / contracts as on the date of submission of bids, either in their individual capacity or in any firm/LLP or JV in which they were / are partners/members. Concealment / wrong information in regard to above shall make the contract liable for determination under Clause 62 of the Standard General Conditions of Contract. Registered Society & Registered Trust: (i) A copy of Certificate of Registration (ii) A copy of Memorandum of Association of Society/Trust Deed (iii) A copy of Power of Attorney in favour of the individual to sign the tender documents and create liability against the Society/Trust. (iv) A copy of Rules & Regulations of the Society.

Only bids quoting at par or above the advertised value amount for SOR item no.1 & 4 (based on the prevailing statutory minimum wages as notified by the Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment & office memorandum issued by Ministry of Finance Dt. 06.01.2023) shall be considered; bids quoted below this rate shall be rejected.

Any rebate offered on the gross offer value shall be distributed only among SOR item no. 2 & 3 of schedule 001 and the net offered value shall in no case be lower than the cumulative value of SOR item no. 01 & 04 of schedule 001. Bids violating this condition shall be summarily rejected.

The railway is buying both printers and PCs from the bidder. Please note that these are outright purchases, not leases.

All General Conditions of Contract of Indian Railways- April 2022 with up to date correction slips shall be applicable provided no other special instruction is given in the tender document. The tenderer is expected to be familiar with the General Conditions of Contract of Indian Railways and it is their responsibility.
