Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

Ordinary Cement conc (1:2:4) with graded trap stone chips Ex/cl shuttering and reinforcement if any in ground floor. i) Pakur variety

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado,window,sills,floor,drain etc. Note:-Cement 0.152cum per 100sqm.

200 mm th. Brick work with fly ash bricks set in cement sand mortar(1:6) in/c prackingout joints curing,scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

100 mm. thick brick work with Fly Ash Bricks set in cement sand mortar (1:4) including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. complete in all respect. a) In ground floor

Scraping of moss, blisters etc.thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc.(Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured(matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor). (a) One Coat

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat). a) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion

Repairing of horizontal or vertical surface of rectangular section made with 12 mm or more thick cement plaster (4:1) on brick/concre projection. For thickness more than 15mm ,the repairing is to be done in two phases. The repairing may require concreteing(1:1.5:3) as per direction of EIC. The bottom projection of roof from outside sorface of parapet wall and out side surface of parapet wall uopt 150mm height will be repaired and that will be considered for payment purpose per metre of repairing.

Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels,painting uprooting plant and other repairing works of buildings and S & P works for external works only with 10cm dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre c/c and 7.5cm dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary corie nails etc. as per direction of the E.I.C (This iteam should be executed only after prior approval of the E.I.C)- Payment will be made per running meter where repairing is required. The same staging will be renewed after 20 use and new scaffolding is to be made. a) Height up to roof top.

Taking out door and window shutters and rehanging the same with old fittings.

Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint.

Laying PCC concrete on the damaged roof area on 1:2:3 ratio with integral waterproofing compound 140 ml and recron fivre mass 125 gm per bag of cement.

Waterproofing coating - providing & applying Dr. Fixit Prime seal as a primer over the treated surface . Providing and applying three coats of Dr. Fixit New coat and Glass Fibre sandwuch between 1st & 2nd coat with an interval of 6 to 8 hours by brush or roller to get average thickness of 1mm . the system will be allowed to air cure for 7 days covering including parapet both side wall .

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal/ Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
