Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels / slops / gradients and getting out complete.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading levelling, watering well, ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing at a level n exc 1.5 m above starting point complete.

M&L for plain cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete required at site all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone masonry work in walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs tubes medium grade galvanised with required all new fitting ISI marked fixed on wall/floor with fixing arrangement of following sizes:-

(a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 40 mm bore

(e) 50 mm bore

(f) 80 mm bore

(g) 100 mm bore

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal globe or gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes of following sizes:-

(a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 40 mm bore

(e) 50 mm bore

M&L for framed work such as grill, gratings etc with ends of bars shoulders and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guardbars,barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways railings, framework or water tanks and similar work confirming to fe 290, Gde-E-165

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron sluice valve class PN-1.6 ISI marked, both ends flanged, stainless steel spindle, with iron wheel and necessary jointing materials, nuts & bolts, washers etc for making two flanged joints of following sizes as required:

(a) 80 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with locking arrangements of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x1200 mm (internal size), depth 500 mm, brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement, 40 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation 75 mm thick with and including necessary excavation & earth work in soft / loose soil complete.

M&L for rewinding of centrifugal motor of any make and capacity 3 HP with super enamelled copper conductor of existing size of approved make after dismantling from foundation, cleaning slots with CTC solution including transportation to workshop and return to site after repair, refixing in position and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of centrifugal pump of any make and capacity 3 HP,greasing oiling and replacement of warn out spare parts like ball bearings, gland plate, impeller and repair to shaft etc including dismantling from foundation, transportation to workshop and return to site after repair, refixing in position and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of submersible motor of any make and capacity 5 HP with pvc insulated copper winding wire of existing size of approved make after dismantling from foundation, cleaning slots with CTC solution, replacement of worn out ball bearings including transportation to workshop and return to site after repair, refixing in position and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of submersible pump of any make and capacity 5 HP,greasing oiling and replacement of warn out spare parts like ball bearings, gland plate, impeller and repair to shaft etc including dismantling from foundation, transportation to workshop and return to site after repair, refixing in position and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair flat cable copper conductor with PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof of size 4 sqmm 3 core suitable for submersible pump set complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of complete water tank of 25,000 gln capacity with chamber complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, comprising the following works :- (a) Dewatering of left out water from the tank manually or by pumping out through pump set (b) Taking out complete sludge/mud from the tank and removing/storing the same at low level are earmarked by Engr-in-Charge within 50 m radius (c ) Cleaning inner surface of wall and bottom of tank with the help of wire brushes, scrapper and broom for cleaning of sludge from walls/floors (d) Washing of inner walls of tank by bleaching powder solution (e) Repairing of unserviceable angle/MS Sheet of sedimentation tank with welding work where necessary complete all as per site requirement (f) The empty sedimentation tank shall be first cleaned with fresh water twice and there after cleaned with fresh water sterilised with 2% solution of potassium permanganate and writing location, capacity and date of cleaning with white paint over a black plate with synthetic enamel paint etc complete for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning of underground sump of 300000 ltrs capacity comprising the following works :- (a) Dewatering of left out water from the tank manually or by pumping out through pump set (b) Taking out complete sludge/mud from the tank and removing/storing the same at low level (c ) Cleaning inner surface of wall and bottom of tank with the help of wire brushes, scrapper and broom for cleaning of sludge from walls/floors (d) Washing of inner walls of tank by bleaching powder solution (e) Repairing of unserviceable angle/MS Sheet ofsump with welding work where necessary complete all as per site requirement (f) The empty sump shall be first cleaned with fresh water twice and there after cleaned with fresh water sterilised with 2% solution of potassium permanganate and writing location, capacity and date of cleaning with white paint a black plate with synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as directed.

All as per ser item No.36 above but 75000 ltrs capacity.
