A. DECK SIDE/HULL SIDE :- All Zinc anodes are required to replace with new one.

Bow Thruster system required to repair

Bow landing door, door spindle required servicing. All hinges and doors rubber packing required replacing.

Under water Hull required FRP repairing wherever damages noticed. Hull Maintenance, surface cleaning and Jel coating is also required

AFT deck guard railing wire required to replace. The locking system of the guard wires, also to be repaired.

In side passenger cabin and pilot house side wall required repair and lamination.

Anchoring system required to repair.

Defective cleats required to replace with the bigger one for 16 mm parachute rope

The side fender wherever damaged may be replace

B.ENGINE SIDE Main Engine make MAN 800 BHP PORT/STBD side found completed Run-Hrs 2404 Hrs respectively. Both the main engine required servicing as per Run-Hrs covered. Other maintenance of Main engine and its system to be carried out. Defective sensors replacement. Chemical cleaning of heat exchanger oil cooler etc

Turbocharger servicing.

In sea water cooling line, valve and hose pipe of both main engine required checking and cleaning.

C. STEERING SYSTEM :- Steering and HDM system/oil seals to be checked and if required to be repaired & serviced.

D. GEAR BOX MODEL NO. ZF- 360 Gear box 02 Nos need servicing and defective spares to be replaced

E. PROPULSION UNIT Marine Jet Propulsion System (MJP) needs servicing and defective spare parts like seal/bushes to be changed. Buckets and hub housing gap to be checked for maintaining necessary gaps. The impeller clearance to be checked and servicing

F. DG SET 8 KVA indigenous service facilitated marine DG Set complete new installation including cooling system in place of existing etc.

G. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT :- Digital chart required up dated to the latest version and calibration.

Remote operating Weapon (ROW) system required complete repairing.

Search light required repair.

Flood light required replace (LED)

Both side wipers assy required servicing and blade to be replaced.

Anemometer required replace

H. LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT :- Life raft to be renewed by refilling.

All distress signals of the vessel should be servicing

I. FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT :- All the fire extinguisher required to be replaced

J. TANKs :- Black water tank (Sewage tank) should be cleaned properly.

Toilet system required servicing

K. AC & VENTILATION :- Machinery room blower requred checking and repairing. Toilet and cabin blower may be repaired.

Both AC plant required complete repairing.

L. MISCELLANEOUS :- Seating chairs required repairing. Blower required repair 02 Nos Bunk fans to be installed newly at the pilot cabin 04 Nos Wall fans also to be installed at passenger cabin.

Sea chest Non returning valves required replacement

SS plates at bow to be replaced and FRP lamination

Bushes of landing door to be replaced

Both fuel gauges required replacing and visual fuel gauge system may be installed. Fuel tank and line required cleaning

All the responding/non -responding sensors should be replaced.

All bilge pumps and related pipe lines need to be checked and serviced. Bilge pump control panel (Auto/Manual switch) at wheel house need to be serviced.

Wire rope key to be replaced

Both side Main propeller shaft bearing required checking and defective parts be replaced

M. PAINTING All painting as per vessel requirement

Under water hull painting with anti-fouling paints and primer

N. DOCKING AND PILOTING CHARGES :- Inspection charges including IRS fees

Cost of Docking to carry out under water repair & painting etc & un-Docking. Cost of piloting & towing charges from Koteshwar ( Gujarat ) to builders yard and back including cost of fuel or dry dock at the Lakkinala by making cradles
