Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank, drain and compound including cutting, loading, unloading to and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing the same to any distance.

Overhauling/servicing of drive asssembly of flash mixture ,flocculator , Central Drive Clarifier and drive assembly of alum mixture chamber including repair of the same to make the assembly in operational including supply of all bearings, nut & bolts ,Gasket, lubricants,etc complete

Overhauling/servicing of 40 HP pump including replacement of Wear ring,Shoulder ring,Shaft sleeve,O-ring,bearings,gland packing,lantern ring,Gasket repair of the same to make the assembly in operational including supply of all nut & bolts , lubricants,etc complete .

Replacement of check valve of 3 nos pump at WTP and 02 nos pump at Ganga Pump house including supply of all nut & bolts ,Gasket, lubricants,etc complete .

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Supplying and applying bituminous solution primer on roof and / or wall surface at 0.24 litre per sqm.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 13.65.1 Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc.External work 40 mm dia nominal bore

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : 40 mm nominal bore.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:(1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Neat cement punning.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming,consolidating and dressing complete.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with modular extruded burnt fly ash clay sewer bricks (Conforming to IS: 4885) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth : 6.36.1 Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 kg/10 sqm)

Providing,laying,testing & commissioning of C class heavy duty M.S. pipe conforming to IS 3589/ IS 1239 including welding,fittings like elbows,tees,flange,taper,nut,bolts,gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamps/supports frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required: 300 mm dia.(wall thickness 7.1mm)

Providing,laying,testing & commissioning of B class medium duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 including welding,fittings like elbows,tees,flange,taper,nut,bolts,gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamps/supports frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required: 100mm

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc.External work 25 mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : 25 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints completes as per directions of Engineer IN Charges.
