Providing & fitting of I.S.I. marked horizontal multistage pump set having necessary discharge 400 LPM , head 285 mtr(50 HP), 6.00 mtr suction head with 3 phase induction motor, 415± 10 % Volt, 2900 rpm Kirloskar/equivalent make including all cost of carriage, labour & T&P for proper completion of work with proper fitting, installation & testing.

Fabrication and fitting of suction delivery arrangment of horizontal centrifugal pumpset with I.S.I marked M.S. pipe and Kirloskar /equivalent make valves. For suction side M.S. Pipe 80 mm dia 4.80 mm thickness, sluice valve 80 mm dia P.N. 1.6- 01 no. and for delivery side M.S. Pipe 65 mm dia 4.50 mm thickness ,reflex valve 65 mm dia P.N. 1.6 -01 no, sluice valve 65 mm dia P.N. 1.6- 01 no with presuure gauge and making by pass arrangement with all cost of M.S. pipe , rubber packing , labour, carriage and required T&P for proper completion of work.

Fabrication of drum of M.S. pipe 150 mm dia 5.40 mm thickness(including cost of M.S. pipe) for suction delivery arrangement inside of pump house with all cost of M.S. pipe , labour , carriage and required T&P for proper completion of work.

fabrication and fitting of Panel frame with fitting bakelite sheet 12 mm thickness( heavy duty) of size 3.6x1.6 mtr in angle iron frame made for mounting electrical equipments with all cost of labour carriage and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fitting of I.S.I. marked electrical equipments with flat cable 25 mm sq finolex/equivalent make using luggs, suitable for 50 H.P centrifugal pump set fully automatic star delta starter with MCCB contactor rating 70A ( BCH/L&T/equivalent make)- 3 nos ,double break fuse unit main switch(fuse drum type) 500Amp (BTA/ eq make)- 1no ,T.P. switch 200 Amp (BTA/ eq make) - 3 nos,bus bar 4 way 500Amp (BTA/ eq make)-1 no, Kit kat 500Amp (BTA make) - 3nos, capacitor 10KVAR heavy duty (box type) (BCH/ eqMake) -3 nos, digital voltmeter (BCH/ eqMake)- 3 nos, digital ammeter (BCH/ eqMake)- 3 nos with all cost labour carriage and required T&P for proper completion of work.
