Operation and GMC of AGL and other Electrical and Mechanical installations at airside of KIAL for 3 years

Round the clock (24X7) Operation and routine/preventive/breakdown maintenance of following Electrical and Mechanical Installations in (as per Appendix-2), General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions of Contract, Technical specifications, Scope of work( except AGL) etc. as required, with the required manpower including reliver and as directed by EIC. a. 400 kVA substation and standby DG sets of AGL East and West Substations with operation, maintenance, monitoring, recording readings of all major equipment to ensure serviceability of all systems. b. Street light system including Apron Flood lighting, , Operational boundary wall lighting, power distribution system, cables etc. c. Internal electrical installations of ancillary buildings including AGL substations, Fire stations, Localizer hut, Glide path building, DVOR building, Domestic Cargo Building etc. d. Fire Fighting System complete comprising of External and internal hydrant system, sprinkler system of AGL substation, Fire station, Domestic Cargo Building, MT Workshop etc. e. All power cables of HT/LT distribution network. f.All water pumps,borewel pumps ,electrical rolling shutters motorised sliding gates,etc.(As per Apendix-2,3(except AGL),4,5 and 7 of Tender Specification and special conditions of contract)

Providing of 1no. Multy Utility Vehicle ( CAMPER) Air conditioned(,24X7) with driver (driver for night shift only) and with fuel and consumables for max. 2000km per month including Sundays and holydays for carrying out periodic inspection of various installations covered under the contract and other maintenance co-ordination works as per special conditions of contract etc. complete as required (Ref SCC clause no39. of special conditions of contract).
