SH-II: SITC of STP Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of RCC tank based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR), Sewage Water Treatment Plant of 25 KLD Capacity System. The Tank should be suitable for installation with underground RCC tank (designed as per OEM) & the unit should be suitable for all phases (loading, Aeration, rest, clear water extraction) Semi treated water from settling/ Sedimentation zone shall be tertiary treated using a pressure sand filter, Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) followed by UV filteration system. Plant must have fully automatic operation i/c IoT controller, alarm for CIP & mains failure. The system must have adequate retention times for all process including min. 8 Hrs. for Aeration. System must be designed to meet the outlet parameters given below: Inlet Effluent Characterstics: pH - 6.5 –8.5 BOD - 200-350Mg/L S. Solids - 200-500 Mg/L COD - 400-600 Mg/L Oil & Grease - 40-50 Mg / L Discharge Effluent Characterstics after Tertiary Treatment: pH - 6.0 – 8.0 BOD - Less than 20 Mg/L S. Solids - Less than 10 Mg/L COD - Less than 50 Mg/L Oil & Grease - Less than 10 Mg/L

SBR type Sewage treatment plant shall include the following items: (Complying Relevant IS/ International standard if any) Mounting parts/ Air lifting units for water transfer in the collection, aeration and treated water tanks. Charging air lifter (Collection to Aeration) Clear water air lifter i.e. Discharge unit (Aeration to Treated water Tank) Excessive air sludge lifter i.e. Sludge return unit (Aeration to Collection Tank) minimum- 4/6 units or as required in the site. MOC : As per OEM & Make shall be as per list of approved make Air Diffusion system (Fine Bubble tubular) EPDD / EPDM with SS Diffuser stands etc. as required in the site. MOC : As per OEM & Make shall be as per list of approved make Air Blowers - Size shall be as per OEM & Make shall be as per list of approved make. Filter feed Pumps (1 working and 1 standby) - Size shall be as per OEM & Make shall be as per list of approved make. Solenoid valve sets (4 Nos), Valve (1 No) stands and their arrangement as per requirement. Airhose, Piping, valves, clamps etc. as per requirement Tertiary treatment system (1 working and 1 standby) of minimum capacity 1.5KLPH with MGF/ Pressure sand filter and Activated carbon filter with UV filtration system. Make shall be as per list of approved make. Note: i) Electrical cable from STP electrical panel to all STP equipments (internal wiring) and all mechanical parts involved shall also be included in quoted price. ii) Contractor shall ensure submission of detailed GA drawings (Plan & Section), P & I diagram, schematic diagram for the above system including additional component if so required for the complete working of the STP before procurement of material for approval from Engineer-In-charge.

SH-III: Electrical Works Supplying and laying of 50 mm dia (OD-50mm & ID 40 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS:14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply of LT power cable of 3.5C x 50 Sq.mm, 1.1 KV grade of aluminum conductor PVC insulated/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS-5554 (Part-I) 1988/ IS-7098 (Part-I) 1985 respectively with upto date amendment as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / GI pipe / HDPE / DWC Pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C x 50 Sq.mm (35mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SH-IV: Operation and All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance All inclusive Comprehensive maintenance and Operation of complete 25 KLD S.T.P on 1 shift basis with reliever for all days i/c Sundays and holidays (One trained Technician cum Operator) with uniform, necessary tools, consumable items such as cotton waste, grease, UV lamp, Chemicals, safety materials such as shoes, gloves, mask etc. monitoring and maintaining the required registers, Quarterly testing of treated water from the NABL accredited lab/State govt approved Lab, monitoring the reading of water meter etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

b) Second Year (After Defect Liabilty Period), for Operation and AICMC (5.93% over 1st year Cost)
