The company/firm should have been in the business of providing manpower services for last five financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25,2025-26)) Details of past performance on services of 50% similar nature executed by the Service Provider

Details of the Service Provider in the Format at Annexure A

ESI/EPF related to the human resources handled by the tenderers in the past 5 years under the municipal council or in other departments. Bids of contractors in cases of delayed installments or court litigation will be rejected and bids will be finalized after successful bidders get confirmation from the concerned department on their service experience.

Attested copy of the Certificate of registration in the Labour Department, Provident Fund and ESI, GST registration certificate.

Certificate by Chartered Accountant for the Annual Turnover of Rs.23.59 Lakhs relating to providing outsource personnel for the each of the last five audited financial years i.e.,( 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25,2025-26)) Minimum 3 years

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.7.07 lakhs (Credit lines/Letters of Credit / Certificates from any Nationalized Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., (Usually 30% of the amount of contract).

Contractor should submit written document regarding facilitate Branch/Main office in CMC limit with in 30 days from the date of awarding contract.

Anti-collusion and self declaration certificate regarding not black listed by any firm/ Government agencies in the format set out in Appendix G and G1
