Cleaning of bathrooms and toilets including cleaning of tiles, W.C., washbasin, floor with approved chemicals, cleaning of rooms, verandah, kitchen etc. with dry brooming and wet brooming (if required) i/c disposal of dust dirt upto a lead of 100m to be cleaned daily, cleaning of surrounding area twice a month with broom and disposal of dirt dust upto a lead of 100mtrs and providing cooking services and cleaning of canteen utensils/chairs/tables, cutting of vegetables and serving of food/ tea etc. and Repair & Maintenance work at Office Complex,Garsa and Ninu Nallah Store.

Office complex Garsa and Stores at Garsa, Neenu Nallah etc.- Rate excluding Contractor’s Profit & Overhead, EPF, ESI Contribution/ Mediclaim charges considering minimum staff as per Sl. No. 4.2 of Section-II 'Conditions of Contract'.

Adit-II Office Building- Rate including 10% extra Hill allowance Charges BUT excluding Contractor’s Profit & Overhead, EPF, ESI Contribution/ Mediclaim charges considering minimum staff as per Sl. No. 4.2 of Section-II 'Conditions of Contract'.

Sheelagarh Police post.- Rate including 10% extra Hill allowance Charges BUT excluding Contractor’s Profit & Overhead, EPF, ESI Contribution/ Mediclaim charges considering minimum staff as per Sl. No. 4.2 of Section-II 'Conditions of Contract'.

Repair & Maintenance work of residential/non-residential buildings at office complex,Garsa & Ninu Nallah Store.-Rate excluding Contractor’s Profit & Overhead, EPF, ESI Contribution/ Mediclaim charges considering minimum staff as per Sl. No. 4.2 of Section-II 'Conditions of Contract'.

EPF amount/charges including ELDI & Admin Charges (EPF& ELDI) in respect of item at Sl. No. 1.01 to 1.04 above.

Management charges for providing services towards Contractor Profit, overheads, ESI Contribution/ Mediclaim charges (as applicable), statutory requirement charges etc. as required for execution of the entire scope of work including items mentioned at Sl. No. 1.01 to 1.04.

Providing Consumable Items at Office complex Garsa & Stores at Garsa, Neenu Nallah etc., Adit-II Office Building and Sheelagarh Police post - as per SCC Cl. No. 3 as required for execution of the work - Rate INCLUDING Contractor’s Profit & Overhead charges etc..
