Demolition of unreinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting holes of depth n.exc half brick thickness in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for filling /grouting for fixing frame in floor etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
