ESTIMATED CONTRACT VALUE (ECV)

Note: The Contractor shall quote the rates excluding statutory obligations such as Goods & Service Tax. Quoting the rates inclusive of GST by the tenderer, the tender is liable for rejection even he becomes L1.

The statutory obligations such as Goods& Service Tax will be reimbursed on production of proper documentary evidence provided the amount claimed will be restricted to the provision made in the agreement or actuals whichever is lesser.
