Under water portion anti-fouling paint (Safe Guard Universal ES Grey, Pen Guard HB Primer, Sea Quantum Pro-U, Light Red, Sea Quantum Pro-U Dark Red) to be required. Painting Work required as per painting scheme _ ( 01 JOB) 1. Under water hull surface cleaning and painting. 2. Above water level complete cleaning surface finishing and painting as per vessel Requirement. 3. Vessel outer body cleaning and complete painting in disruptive pattern as per original painting scheme. 4. Firm to check draught marks are in position and carry out paining. 5. Firm to clean and repaint the sea side surface of MJP Units

ANTICIPATED SCOPE OF WORK FOR UNDER WATER HULL PORTION i)Firm to schedule and present ship to coordinate to conduct post dry docking repair trials one week prior to completion of dry docking repairs to prove the water tightness of WT compartments. Defects if any to be rectified. (ii)Firm to scrap and clean water and boot topping area (including water areas ) to remove all loose paint film, rust etc. Wind and water area is to be painted with paint as per paint scheme. (iii)Firm to be examined under water structure, paying particulars attention to hull portion in the vicinity of Marine Jet Unit (iv)Firm to examine both (Bucket and full Jet Propulsion Unit) and take long trial after repair. (v)Firm to carry out the visual survey of inlets and discharges. Clean and examine grating of inlets and discharges. Examine coating of inlets and discharges and areas adjacent to them carry out repairs as required. (vii)Sea tubes not accessible for preservation by painting to be spray coated with tie coat and anti fouling paint. (viii)Firm to examine structure for deterioration of paint, not covered by lagging or deck coverings paying particulars attention to decks, deck boundaries, lower areas of ship sides and bulkhead. Portable or semi portable fittings that obscure structure area to be removed for examination of structure behind. Structure revealed by the removal of semi-portable fittings is to be recoated before the fittings are replaced
