Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m .All kinds of soil as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation completeas per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803, 1202&1203 PCC grade M-10 (Nominal Mix 1:3:6) (One cement is to three coarse sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre)and curing complete as per drawing.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST building and other construction worker, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same .

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 150 mm (One Hundred fifty millimetre)spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour)as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
