Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any description or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in vertical surfaces includig 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) (Jet black) work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platform, Jambs cill and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite including rounding of exposed edges of slab smoothly and polished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick, as in slab/shelves/plateform and thread for steps set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to give granite finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items i.e.. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc., of any description and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforced) in slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Precast RCC 1:1-1/2:3 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) supported on walls and the similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr In charge Complete
