Cleaning of septic tank and soak pit of any capacity & any size by taking out sludge and sludge loading to the cart/ lorry & depositing out side MD land including bailing out foul water by manually or by any mechanical means in tanker and dispose the waste water out side MD land and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate quoted includes bailing out water from septic tank upto 2/3 depth of tanks and removing sludge. (ii) The measurements for sludge upto depth of 1/3 of septic tank shall only be recorded for payment purpose.

Cleaning of 100 mm bore SGSW pipe lines in between two consecutive manholes to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole.

Cleaning of 150 mm bore SGSW pipe lines in between two consecutive manholes to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole.

Cleaning of 200 mm bore SGSW pipe lines in between two consecutive manholes to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole.

Desilting / desludging /cleaning of man holes of any size n.exc 1.5 m in depth and removing all blockage from manholes such as plastic pieces, soil etc complete

All as per item No. 5 above but exc 1.5 m & n. exc 3.00m in depth.

Demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortar .

M&L for block masonry with precast cement concrete type 1:5:8 (20mm graded aggregate) solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 including demolition of PCC block masonry .

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing outside MD land.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4, including necessary form work moulds etc all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains (forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid for separately).

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends, etc all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 100/150/200 mm internal dia (Salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) (internal dia) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of size 150 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of 150 mm internal dia, grade `A’ ISI marked laid to slope in trenches, jointed in CM 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of size 200 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of 200 mm internal dia, grade `A’ ISI marked laid to slope in trenches, jointed in CM 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm internal dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required.

S&F salt glazed stoneware gully traps of size 150 x 150 mm, square or rounded mouthed, type `P' fixed in CM 1:6 and cover with RCC cover slab of size 200 X 200 X 50mm

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 75 mm thick. graded stone aggregate as in sub base under interlocking tiles.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in bays, gaps filled with sand and bitumen mixture with 1:1 ratio complete all as directed.

M&L chequred cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 mm (Machine made) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.

M&L 60 mm thick (M-35 mix) glossy rubber mould interlocking tiles (paver blocks red & yellow colour topping) conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid dry over and including 30 mm copacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make- Lucky cement works or equivalent as approved by GE

Dismantling chain link fencing wiremesh, any type, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC), any section embedded in concrete, brick work etc. including taking out embedded portion.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum, getting out in hard dense soil returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers, n.exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface

S&F chain link fencing plastic coated of size 75 mm x 75 mm, made out of 3.50 mm outer dia, straining bolts etc. including provn of binding wire or with nuts/bolts. Make Tata or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking down/dismantling mild steel work including door gate but excluding framed truss etc.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) incl Dismantling of old fencing.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer.
