Out sourcing to the operation maintenance of HT 11 KV/ LT sub station round the clock in three shifts of 08 hours each for smooth and trouble free operation to the installations all are specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge at MWC (V)

Outsourcing :- One Skilled electrician and One Semi Skilled Electrician per shift of 08 hours

The contractor is responsible for the minor repairs/ maintenance to the OCBs, LT panels under the out sourcing

The contractor is responsible for the cleaning of all indoor substn under this out sourcing

The operators should be liaise with Naval dockyard 11 sub station, 21 sub station, work shop sub station for any major break down/ failure of electric supply

In case any problem occurs which seems not under the control of operator, the same shall be immediately intimated to JE I/c of this area or AGE E/M.

The operator on duty shall be in uniform as directed by Engineer-in-charge / GE.

Out sourcing to the operation maintenance of HT 11 KV/ LT sub station in two shifts per day including Sundays and Holidays (From 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) one shift of 08 hours each for smooth and trouble free operation to the installations all are specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge at TPW 09 Bldg, 08 Bldg, 551/552 Bldg, STS Bldg.

Outsourcing :- One Skilled electrician and One Semi Skilled Electrician per shift of 08 hours

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

All as per Item No 04, but using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead complete all as directed.

Supply& fix aluminium strip 25mmx 6 mm coplete wiyh saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip

Supply and fix rubber mat of 1Mtr X 2 Mtr X 19 MM thick complete all as directed

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation, trenches for laying cables/ pipe line etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil

Removing excavated materials to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand for cable cushioning in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness only shall be measured)

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (23x11x7cm) laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting & Cleaning of bushes/small plants, at sub stn incl surface dressing and removing debris to distance not exc 50 mtr complete

M & L for painting of surface of any description over 10 cm in width using synthetic enamel paint of one coat by using brush or cloth after preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as directed

M &L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type C2 (using 40 mm aggregrate) as in foundations filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M &L for cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm aggregrate) as coping of poles complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix or laid in road crossing/ fixed to poles, GI Pipe of 80 MM size light grade for protection of cable complete all as directed

Supply and fix or laid in road crossing/ fixed to poles, GI Pipe of 100 MM size light grade for protection of cable complete all as directed

Making trench through horizontal earth Boaring for road/ foot path /hard standing/culvert etc for inserting GI protection pipe for drawing of cable and complete all as directed.

Cutting trench through road/ wall to a width of 20cm and depth of 30cm for inserting GI protection pipe for drawing cable and filling back the trench with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete all as directed.

M&L for detecting HT/LT UG cable faults located in any stretch / depth with cable fault locator consisting of microprocessor based, identification instrument, cable tracer for exact location of under ground cable routes. Notes:- The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of rental charges for T&P like entire cable fault locating instrument, charges for operator and transportation etc complete.

Disconnecting IED of any type/Make from 11kV HT panel, cleaning the contacts , IED configuration , Calibration & Testing of all the measuring & protection devices viz., CTs, Relays and Meters at site. Testing of all the trip functions of the relays after final current settings by simulating fault current by CT secondary injection test set , checking of current transformer , rectification of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of CB during actual system fault conduction through relay & Tripping coil. Adjustment / setting to plug and time multiplier settings of IED to achieve the discrimination in tripping , tune/synchronies upstream breaker relay settings, testing & commissioning.... etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Decarburizing/cleaning complete 11kV HT Bus bar chamber with electrical connections, complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber , Cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing up to proper megger value , refixing the same after applying Backtol Red solution to the bus bar insulator & checking all the connections , tightening the nuts , bolts complete incl replacement of defective rusted bolts & nuts all as specified and directed.
