Project Management Information System (PMIS)

PMIS Installation and Implementation up to “Go Live”

PMIS Full Licence for 50 (fifty) Users

PMIS Guest/ Viewer Licence for 200 (two hundred) Users

Note 1: The Contractor shall be entitled for payment of Item No. 1 as below; (a) five percent (5%) on approval of concept design and detailed works programme against submission of valid Bank Guarantee as per the format provided by the Employer, (b) seventy percent (70%) on supply and implementation of PMIS up to “go live”, and (c) twenty five percent (25%) on training of Employer’s/ Client’s staff (including Train the Trainer)

Support, Maintenance and ongoing enhancement (updates) for PMIS up to 1825 Days commencing from the date of “Go Live”:

For 1st Year (0 to 365 Days)

For 2nd Year (366 to 730 Days)

For 3rd Year (731 to 1095 Days)

For 4th Year (1096 to 1460 Days)

For 5th Year (1461 to 1825 Days)

Note 2: The Contractor shall be entitled for yearly payment of Item No. 4.01, 4.02, 4.03, 4.04 and 4.05 upon successful completion of each year respectively. Note 3: The Employer/ Client shall reserve the right to extend the Support, Maintenance and ongoing enhancement period by a further 2 years at the same rate of Item No. 4.05
