Servicing of Mini Bus of ICGS Veraval

Annual general servicing of Station Mini Bus BA No. 22Ph035075K to be carried out and following jobs are required to be carried out during annual servicing: a) Change engine oil and filters. b) Check and top up all fluids i.e coolant, power steering, brakes, transmission etc. c) Clean K & N Air filters. d) Wheel rotation, balancing and alignment. e) Check and adjust all V-belts, replace if worn out. f) Checks all hose pipes, replace if worn out. g) Check wiper blades and adjust washer nozzles. h) Check engine idle setting. j) Check clutch release arm travel. k) Check suspension. l) Check all lights and indicators. m) Check brake drum and lining. n) Check brake pads/calipers. p) Lubricate Propeller shaft sliding joint. q) Fuel tank to be cleaned. r) Check/service battery. s) Complete cleaning and waxing of the vehicle. Below mentioned defects are also required to be rectified: a) Clutch is running partly disengaged, suspect too much friction in release mechanism. b) Clunking noise observed during gear shifts and back of response when shifting gears, to be rectified. c) Glow plug wear out, to be replaced. d) Chokdi and popular shaft make abnormal sound, to be rectified. e) Odometer defective, to be repaired/replaced. f) Starter malfunctioning. Suspect Starter Motor relay failure, to be rectified. g) Suspect Oxygen sensor damaged, to be replaced. h) Stepney base uprooted and damaged. New Stepney base to be manufactured and fitted on position.
