S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, With Particle Board Core, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing on page no. 161 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors , windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium sliding window with aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, necessary powder coated hardware i.e.. handles, barrel tower bolts, hinges etc, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Panel filling i.e.. glass, fibre sheet, board, wire mesh etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F Aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average with of aperture 1.40mm (weight not less than 600 gms /sqm )and fixed with aluminium wire staples/iron and wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, Exterior grade prelaminated and both sides with decorative choice laminations complete all as directed.

S&F factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003(Part - I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated (35 mm thick with 2nd class HW rail and style) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides compete all as directed.

S&F 25 mm thick Prelaminated particle, board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminations & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in wardrobe shutter, shelfs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS butt hinges medium weight cold rolled of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300 mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified directed.

S&F 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in holdfast block etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium anodised floor door stopper 140 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/stone masonry and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats distemper oil- emulsion , white or tinted over a coat of primer surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick of CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with mixing of water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L Providing and applying cement base plaster of Paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (WPC- ISI Mark)

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as directed

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 450x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match for surface of tiles, over 10 mm thick backing coat with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick as in skirting fixed over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel window and fixing in same opening after making serviceable by welding , providing hinges and peg stay, PCC for holdfast etc including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and making good the disturbed surface as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F butt Hinges, medium weight, stainless steel, 100 mm size complete all as specified.

M & L for powder coated aluminium grill of design No DG-104, 7.5mm thick sections of deco grill or of equivalent approved make with 1 mm thick 'F' sections of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for Curtain rod, powder coated aluminium alloy of 25mm dia pipe decorative finish with and including supply and fixing powder coated decorated type brackets, stops, rollers etc. fixed on walls with brass screws with PVC rawl plugs as in curtain rods complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
