Supply of following sizes of 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed,armoured, aluminium conductor power cable confirms to IS 7098(part -1) with up to date amendments etc complete as required (a) 3.5 x 120 sq.mm

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 90mm ID of PE 63 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like couplers, socket, bend etc. conforming to IS 4984:2016 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.80m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 95 sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm in the existing RCC/Hume/STONEWARE/METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of 120Sq.mm size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and alluminium lugs for following sizes of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade etc as required. (a) 3.5 x 120 sq.mm (45 mm)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Supply ,Installation, Testing And commissioning of Double Door Outdoor MV Panel completely made up of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, door dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, Confirming to Partially type testeed panel ,IP54,type tested, including providing and fixing 200A Four Pole Aluminium Bus bar with all accessories suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Power Supply System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal with angle iron of 40mmX40mmX5mm, making cement concrete foundation (1:3:6) arond the panel at least 150mm thick ,Cable Entry provision etc. complete as required and comprising the following: a. 125A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic releases as incomer with R,Y,B,ON, OFF, Trip indication lamps, resin cast CT's with multifunction meter - 2 sets as incomer. b. 125A, 4P MCCB Isolator as bus coupler with ON, OFF and three locks two key mechanical interlock- 1 set c. 63A, 10KA, 4P MCB as outgoing - 4Sets. As outgoing d. with all necessary accessories etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. A) 3.5X120Sq.mm

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) complete with G.I. fittings for road crossing including bitumin cutting of suitable width and depth of 300mm and finished with concrete (1:2:4) of 150mm thick etc. as required a) 150mm

SITC of maintenance free earthing system set consisting of one Galvanizd Pipe in pipe earthing electrode of Outer dia 48-50mm and inner dia. 25mm, 3Mtr. In Length along with Two bags(50kg) of ground Enhancement Material(GEM) with one set of H clamp and Earth pit chamber.

Supplying and Fixing Cable Route Marker with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of size 50cmx60cm at the bottom and 50cmx50cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.
