OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT AF STATION IZATNAGAR, BAREILLY.

Outsourcing of the services for operation of 1800 KLD capacity sewage treatment plant and installation alongwith all connected equipments comprising electric driven centrifugal pump set, air compressor, DG Set, chloronome dozing plant, sluice valves, gate valves, non return valves etc. by deployment of a team of operating staff consisting 01 No. skilled industrial person (FGM / PHO) and 02 Nos. Helpers every shift having 02 shifts of 08 Hours per day including sundays and holidays for following plants and machinery: - (i) Sewage Treatment Plant of 1800 KLD capacity including 03 Nos. Raw Sewage Transfer Pumps, 02 Nos. Air Blowers, 02 Nos. Sludge Transfer Pumps, 02 Nos. Filter Feed Pumps, 02 Nos. Filter Press Feed Pumps, 02 Nos. Treated Water Pumps, 01 No. Dual Media Filter, 01 No. Activated Carbon Filter. (ii) DG Set 160 KVA capacity alongwith batteries and AMF Panel etc.- 01 No. (iii) Chlorine Dosing Pump- 01 No. (iv) The contractor shall also be responsible for the removal of foreign particle and solid waste from the sewage tanks and proper cleaning of Bar Screen chamber for smooth functioning of STP.

NOTES FOR ITEM NO. 1.00: - (i) It is the responsibility of Engineer-in- charge / concerned JE to ensure that attendance register is maintained at every installation duly signed kept on record and payment of tradesman for the number of days present will only be made. Engineer-in-charge will ensure that payment of trademen are being paid as per prevailing minimum wages as circulated by the Govt. of India and certificate in this effect shall also be rendering by him. (ii) Quoted rate of this item should not be equal or less than minimum wages for a team of 01 No. skilled industrial person (FGM / PHO) and 02 Nos. Helpers i.e. Rs. 1,672.00 for 01 Shift of 08 Hours (1 X Rs. 666.00 + 2 X Rs. 503.00). (iii) Unit rate as quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of the following mandatory payment, which is to be made by the contractor to the personal employed: - (a) Minimum wages applicable for Area 'B' as circulated by the Govt. of India including revision thereof time to time as per Govt. orders. (b) Employer's Contrbution / Share of ESI @ 3.25% on minimum wages, as applicable as per latest orders / policies in vogue. (c) Employer's Contrbution / Share of EPF @ 13.00% on minimum wages, as applicable as per latest orders / policies in vogue. (iv) Detailed notes are given in Schedule 'A' (BOQ) Notes hereinbefore. All tenderers are advised to read all those notes carefully before quoting the tender.

Supply only following consumable items or stores required for operation, cleaning and maintenance of above mentioned installations (Refer Item Nos. 1.00) alongwith its adjacent areas as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and concerned JE: -

(a) Poly Electrolite Chlorite (PEC) in PVC sealed drum complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Thermax, SEEPL, ION Exchange.

(b) Broom (Phool Jharu) of best quality, minimum weight shall be 400 Gram.

(c) Broom of Narial Stick (Seek Jharu) of best quality, minimum weight shall be 500 Gram.

(d) Dusting Cloth made of soft cotton and of minimum size 600 mm X 600 mm.
