Micro-tunnelling work with laying of HDPE pipe as per instruction of Site-Engineer and as per site condition for laying of UG Cable including supplying of HDPE pipe, as per IS:4984-1955 including preparation and submission of drawing

Excavation of soil for making of trial hole (min. Size 1.1 X 0.5 X 1.2 M depth) as per instruction of Site-Engineer including back filling of the excavated soil

Supply of (Kiln burnt) 1st Class bricks having proper size and shape suitable for cable protective cover as per instruction of Site-Engineer and laying of bricks as cable protection cover as per drawing and instruction of Site-Engineer

Fixing of LA, 42 KV, 10 KA porcelain housed gapless type on structure (1 Set of 3 LAs)

Earthing complete with supply and erection of GI pipe 50 mm dia. and 3 mtrs. long with GI flat 50 X 6 mm

Laying and Dressing of 33 KV XLPE, 3C X 400 Sq.mm. Cable in the excavated cable trench as per drawing No. PLN(D)/SS/126, dated 26.06.2018 and within the micro-tunnel (HDPE Pipe) as per Site-Engineer

Supply & fixing of G.I. pipe 200 mm dia (medium), Tata/ Jindal/Equivalent for cable protection as per Site-Engineer

Making and Fixing of End Termination joint indoor/outdoor type for 33 KV XLPE UG Cable including fixing of jointing box at the existing structure with the supply of jointing materials as per instruction of Site-Engineer (3C X 400 Sq.mm.)

Making of Straight Through/ Transition joint including making of jointing pit of the 33 KV XLPE, 3C X 400 Sq.mm. cable with the supply of jointing materials excluding making of protection duct for cable joint

Making of jointing pit only by excavation of soil for making Straight Through joint of following cables including laying of platform with bricks for placement of joint box and patching up temporary tent by providing bamboo and tarpolene and re-instatement of jointing pit with the excavation of soil after completion of jointing work

Supply & Erection of C.I. Cable Marker on concrete foundation block for straight run road crossing joint location etc. as per specification and direction of the Site-Engineer

Making protective duct for cable joint complete as per WBSEDCL approved drawing, ref. Drawing No. PLN(D)/SS/127 dated 23.06.2018
