SCOPE OF JOB FOR CAMC OF CCTV CAMERAS AT BPCL GOOTY
1. CAMC visit of the CCTVs to be carried out once in 3 months.
2. The details of CCTV cameras are as below-
• PTZ cameras- 10 nos.
• Fixed type cameras (includes both FLP and Non FLP)- 18 nos.
• Trolley mounted fixed type FLP camera- 1 no.
3. The CAMC will cover maintenance of the complete CCTV system along with PTZ cameras,
Fixed type cameras, Server, Storage (Old and New), Software, Work Station, L3 and L2
Switched, Media Converters, WAM push buttons, PA system, speakers, I/O module,
remote viewing and other installed field devices.
4. Serviced CCTVs shall be guaranteed for their smooth function, it should not
fail/malfunction during operation at any circumstances and if any breakdown/wrong
alarm happens that to be attended in a weekday.
5. All the problems of existing CCTVs are required to be attended to.
6. Providing healthy communication of CCTVs with server.
7. Power supply to the CCTVs shall be clearly identifiable all the time.
8. As CCTV is the critical equipment, plays an utmost important role in our day-to-day
operation hence technical support on the queries related to issues have to be taken care
9. The vendor shall submit detailed schedule & checklist for various preventive maintenance
actives (Quarterly Preventive Maintenance visit) required to be carried out for all CCTVs
installed at Gooty depot.
10. Proper healthiness of the CCTV server installed in Server room/control room shall be
ensured by the vendor.
11. Travelling, boarding and fooding of the service engineer shall be in the scope of the
12. In case any issue in the CCTV system comes immediately after the service visit or within
the time gap of next visit, then the vendor shall be responsible for rectifying the same
through service visit. No extra payment shall be made towards this service within
13. The vendor is required to configure the existing CCTV cameras as well as new cameras (if
installed in future) either in the existing CCTV software or in the new software. No extra
payment shall be paid to the vendor on account of installation of new software or
updations of existing software.
14. The vendor is required to keep sufficient no. of cameras/switches/POE in spare(minimum
10%) for replacement in case any problem in the existing devices occurs.
15. The tender rates shall be quoted on per visit charge of the service engineer. Any delay
during the CAMC service by the service engineer shall be under the scope of the vendor
and no extra payment shall be made from our end on account of this.
SPARES AND CONSUMABLES:
All the spares required for the CAMC of the CCTV cameras are to be supplied by the vendor.
RESPONSE TIME AND WORKING TIME:
1. Preventive maintenance of each CCTVs shall be carried out as per CAMC on mutually
agreed schedule. Such activities to be carried out during normal operation at depot unless
otherwise exigencies.
2. Service engineer shall complete the Preventive maintenance jobs of all the CCTVs in each
scheduled visit as per CAMC.
3. For expediting breakdown maintenance, BPCL shall allow service engineer to carry out
maintenance jobs on holidays/off working hours. Vendor is required to respond within
hrs. of logging the complaint. Breakdown visit must be attended by vendor within
hours or as early as possible as the situation demands. In case the response time exceeds
48 hours, the downtime thereafter shall be noted and an amount of Rs 250/- per day shall
be deducted from the quarterly CAMC invoices.
Vendor shall ensure the following documentation/records maintained at location: -
1. Complete list of components of CCTVs with detailed key specification viz accuracy,
repeatability, model no., serial no. etc.
2. List of spares consumed/repaired during each visit to be updated.
3. History sheet of each Unit to be updated after each visit.
4. Preventative and periodic maintenance sheet to update after each visit.
1. THE BID SHALL BE VALID TILL 4 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF SUBMISSION.
2. Charges of carrying out CAMC of CCTVs)/sub systems as per detailed scope of work
(includes boarding, lodging and cost of to and fro tickets).
3. THE BILL/INVOICE SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH ONE WEEK OF THE COMPLETION OF
EACH JOB/AMC VISIT ALONG WITH DETAILED REPORT.
4. EMD is not required if the total value of contract is below 5 Lakhs, however 3% value of
contract shall be retained as security retention money from each visit bill for 90 days.
