Running Upkeep and Maintenance of Inspection Bungalow at Research and Dam Safety Building Pallom Kottayam for the period 16.06.2026 to 31.03.2027.

Up-keep and running of IB at Pallom round the clock by engaging a care-taker cum cook & a part time cleaner including maintaining the allocation register, occupancy register, collecting, remitting and recording of rent collected from the occupants, upkeeping the furniture, utensils, installations, appliances etc. in perfect condition,keeping bed sheets, pillow covers, towels etc. in good condition. preparing / arranging and serving food for the occupants on demand, The job also includes arranging room, changing used linen with washed one and providing drinking water in rooms etc. while arriving guests. Sweeping and cleaning the suites, rooms, dormitories, dinning room, kitchen, care taker's room,visitor's lounge, open spces, verandahs, kitchen backyard and cleaning the attached toilets, common toilet and its installations with departmentally issued cleaning materials, mopping the carpet area etc. in all days including clearing the dust bins, clearing the spiders web cleaning the furniture and accessories with vacuum cleaner and disposing the waste as instructed etc. complete as per the directions of Departmental officials concerned.
