Supply of 35W LED Street Light Fitting suitable for operate on 240V, 50Hz, AC Supply housed in pressure Die-Cast/Extruded Aluminium Alloy, Toughened glass with IP66 protection suitable for fixing on pole etc. complete as required. The Fitting shall have separate compartment for LEDs & electronic driver, operating voltage 140-270 V with Surge Protection of 4KV. (similiar to BAJAJ model No. BRTFG 36W LED)

Supply of 45W LED Post Top Light Fitting suitable to operate on 240V, 50Hz, AC Supply housed in pressure Die-Cast/Extruded Aluminium Alloy, IP 65 protection etc. complete as required. The Fitting shall have separate compartment for LEDs & electronic driver, operating voltage 140-270 V with Surge Protection of 4KV. (Similar to Wipro LP05-711-XXX-57-XX)

Fabrication and Supply of Hot dip Galvanised Straight Street Light pole 3m long, 76 mm OD, 3.2mm wall thickness with Single Arm Bracket 500m long, 42mm OD, 3.2mm wall thickness with an angle of not more than 20 degree and suitable reducer to fix the Item No.4. The bottom end welded with 12mm thick Galvanised base plate of size 250X250X12mm with 4 Nos. holes along with foundation bolts of size 500mm x 19mm and template etc as required.

Fabrication and Supply of 2.0m long lamp post suitable for mounitng pole top light fittings given in item No. 5 made up of 65mm dia GI pipe with 250x250xx12mm GI base plate i/c. providing necessary cement concrete foundation with 500mm x19 dia foundation bolts complete as required. Necessary groove shall be made at the bottom to make it breakable on impact.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of MV Switch Board Outdoor Type Main Feeder Pillar made out of 3mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel for outer Shell (width not less than 450 mm) and 2mm thick CRCA Sheet for inner partition, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, provided with bottom base channel and locking arrangements including excavation for foundation, providing foundation, suitable masonary pedestal up to 45 cm height above GL, fixing of panel etc., complete as required and comprising of the following: a). 250 A, 50 KA, 4P MCCB with Microprocessor Based Releases (L&T MTX 2.0 / Equivalent) for OC/SC/EF Protection and ROM as INCOMER with resin cast C.T. operated Digital Meter (EM 6459 of Conzerve/Equivalent), ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required as incomer - 2 Nos. b). 100 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with TM Releases for OC/SC Protection and ROM as Outgoings, with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required.- 3 Nos. C). 63A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with TM Releases for OC/SC Protection and ROM as Outgoings each having 4P Contactor of 40 Amps rating and 24 Hours Digital Timer for Automatic Control of Perimeter Lighting, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required.- 2 sets. D) One Set of 250 Amps Al. Bus Bars with at Par Neutral Bus Bars as required. E) Spare compartments for future outgoing - 2 Nos. without switchgears. F) All accessories such as auxillary contactors, auxillary switches etc. as required.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 90mm OD of PE 80 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like couplers, socket, bend etc. conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.75m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 63mm OD of PE 80 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like couplers, socket, bend etc. conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.75m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 40mm OD of PE 63 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like couplers, socket, bend etc. conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.75m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of size Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of size Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supply and laying of 150 mm dia 'B' Class GI Pipe in concrete/bitumen for cable crossing/laying by cutting the bitumen/concrete of suitable size and depth of 600mm for laying the pipe, threading, cutting, jointing of pipe & filling the gaps with concrete 1:2:4 and making good the surface matching with original finish etc. as required and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of RCC foundation of size 0.3mx0.3mx0.75m depth suitable for Installation of light poles upto 4.0m height with base plate and foundation bolts supplied against item No. 5&6. Providing concrete base of 1m X 1m X 0.10m(depth) around the pole. Installation of pole upto 4.0m height on the concrete pedels with 1 No. 310mm X 210mm X 116mm Thermoplastic Cable junction box of IP65 rating (Hensel k9500 or equivalent) having 16 Amps 4 Way Terminal Block with 1 No. 2 Amps SP MCB C series provision for Gland etc complete as required including providing and laying of 1 Nos. of size 50mm B-Class GI Pipe of length 1.5 Mtr with suitable bend for cable entry and exit. Installation of 36/45W LED Type Street Light/pole top Fixture on the pole by fitting necessary bracket with nut bolts, making inter connections from cable junction box to fitting with 3C X 2.5Sqmm HR PVC insulated copper conductor cable etc. as required. Testing and Commissioning complete as required.

Providing and Fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire for loop earthing along with existing cable as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc.as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 meter long ,40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangemnt and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and Fixing Cable Route Marker with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of size 50cmx60cm at the bottom and 50cmx50cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Constructing brick masonry road gully chamber 110x50x77.5 cm with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including 500x450 mm precast R.C.C. horizontal grating with frame and vertical grating complete as per standard design : [With common burnt clay F.P.S (Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5)]

Supply of 315mm OD, PE 80, PN 10 rating HDPE pipe as required.

Drilling, reaming and laying 315mm OD HDPE pipe including jointing/welding of HDPE pipes across the runway, taxiways and roads by trenchless directional drilling (HDD) method (including jointing/welding of HDPE pipes, deploying HDD machines, Mud mixing system, Earth movers etc.) complete as required

Taking the necessary drive pit, remove the excavated earth and construction of RCC inspection chamber (pre-built side walls with holes for incoming & outgoing cables entry) of size 1.5mx1.5mx2m(D) including providing 200mm thick RCC concrete slab and finishing the same with proper sloping complete as required

Supply and Installation of Thermo plastic polycarbonate Junction box complying IP65 & IK10 protection of minimum size 690mm x 1035mm x 402mm with 4 Nos 50mm x 10mm copper bus bar to terminate 3.5C 185 Sq.m.. Aluminium conductor cable with suitable gland and mounting frame mounted on pedestal / wall complete etc. as required.

Supply and Installation of Thermo plastic polycarbonate Junction box complying IP65 & IK10 protection of minimum size 390mm x 658mm x 232mm with 30mm x 10mm copper bus bar to terminate 3.5 x 95 Sq.mm. Aluminium conductor cable with suitable gland and mounting frame mounted on pedestal / wall complete etc. as required.
