Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4( top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

M&L preparation of New Plaster surfaces of wall and applying External wall care putty in two layer 2mm thick on new plastered surfaces And making surface even and smooth to receive external emulsion And applying two coat of weather coat exterior premium emulsion (Asian paints Apex Ultima Advanced Anti Algal weather proof exterior Emulsion) with sheen finish over a coat of primer) complete all as Specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in C M 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces after preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the old plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying one coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting preparatory to distemper over two coat (1.5mm ) thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position (reinforced) in any position in beams, columns, chajjas and similar situations and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as directed

M&L for Reinforced Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in shelves and the like complete all as specified and direccted.

M&L use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs , floor slabs , landings and similar works , not exceeding 200 mm thick ( horizontal or sloping ) including slab edges for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including forming & filling expansion joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size not exceeding 1.50 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description and in any position of size exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003(Part - I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated (35 mm thick with 2nd class HW rail and style) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for powder coated aluminum grill of design No DG-104, 6.5 mm x 4.5 mm Section of decogrill or of equivalent approved make with 1 mm thick 'F' sections of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm (weight not less than 600 gms / sqm) and fixed with aluminium wire staples, wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in the opening as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail ; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet 5 mm thickness to be fitted in M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, With Particle Board Core, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing on page no. 161 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick, as in riser/skirting set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing to give mirror finish & including screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L Granite slab work 20 to 25mm thick in floors steps, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including cutting recess opening for the sink portion and embedding complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion and rate of cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)
