Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m . (All kinds of soil)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster on brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, trench cover, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto/above plinth level by providing Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars of required size

Providing and Fixing GI Pipes of 100mm heavy class including all fittings like couplings bend, Tee, elbows, flanges etc wealding/threaded joints and laying under ground under 1 mtr depth including 4mm thick bituman sheet wrapping coating as required including excavation of soil and back filling with proper arrangement.

Providing and Fixing of 100mm GI Pipes confirming to IS:1239 heavy class including all fittings like couplings, bend, Tee, elbows, flanges etc. welding/threaded joints and painting as required with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even shade and structural supports with anchor fastner/grouting in walls/concrete as required.

Supply and fixing of 12.5 HP sludge/sewage pump 100 mm with suction and 100mm delivery Pipe( Kirloskar/Crompton/ABB and equivalent make as approved by engineer in charge) including drilling cutting holes and proper alinment wiring up to control panels with all cost of material and T&P required for proper completion of work

Extraction of defective submersible pump with motor of up to 05 HP and then lowering of the repaired pump and motor with pipe and testing the same, including checking the mains cuttouts fuses and opetration of tubewell for 24 hours for its smooth working with cost of all material and labour and T&P etc required for completion of work.

Disassembling of submersible pump upto 05 HP replacing of damaged bush, impeller nuts & bolts turning of shaft including complete overhauling oiling and greasing the pump as required ,testing and reassembling the same including cost of all material and labour and T&P etc required for completion of work.
