Supply, laying in trenches, jointing & testing 200mm flanged ends centrifugally cast ductile iron 'K-7' pressure pipe in any length conforming to IS-8329-2000 with necessary jointing including takingout old unservicable pipe line of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches, jointing & testing centri fugally cast class LA CI pipe with 150mm spjot & socketed in any length conforming to IS-1536-2001 with necessary jointing including cutting screwing and waste for moking forged bends on piping as directed and takingout old unservicable pipe line of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fittings for DI spigot socketed pipes / centri fugally cast class LA pipes such as bends of any type, radius and angle tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc) Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plug size upto 200 mm bore, all as per IS 1538-1993, ISI marked including takingout old unservicable fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Itme No. 1 to 3:- (i) The work is to be carried out for improvement to existing water supply line and may be executed in piece meal / cut pieces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra will be admissible for making and maintaining required slope for supply of water. (ii) All tapping points shall be blocked by the contractor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) The contractor shall be responsible for any damages caused to NHAI, BSNL, PGVCL or Municipal Corporation infrastructure and shall be made good to their satisfaction without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve flanged & drilled holes type of size 200mm bore with high tensile brass spindle ISI marked class PN 1.6 with jointing material and nut, bolt, washer complete including dismantling & takinguo of old unserviceble sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of valve chambers 1200 mmx1200mmx900 mm with 15 cm thick solid concrete block masonary, block casted using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 mix built in cement and sand mortar 1:4, 15 mm plaster to internal surfaces and external surfaces up to 15 cm below ground level and top of floor in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover including 40x40x3 mm MS angle frame embedded in 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, with 25x6 mm flat iron hold fast, handles, hinges with locking arrangments, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface and earth work Hard dense / soft rock soil including demolition of existing damaged valve chambers & disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50 m. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in Hard/ dense soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for pipe line etc n. exc 10 Sqm in plan complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exec. 50 mtr and deposing where directed at a level not exec 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified.

M & L for Run Lead joints spigot and socketted pipes of any descrition and 150mm size including spun yarn complete all as specified and directed.
