The Bidders who have quoted below Plus or Minus 5 percent of ECV, a declaration letter should be uploaded and is mandatory.

RequiredThe FINANCIAL TURN OVER CERTIFICATE WITH U.D.I.N. NUMBDER issued by the Chartered Accountant should be uploaded in online.

RequiredAll valid registered contractors are eligible to participate in the tender process. However, only ONE work shall be awarded to a contractor who emerges as the lowest bidder. If a contractor is found to be the lowest bidder for more than one work, such additional bids beyond one work shall be summarily rejected without assigning any reason.

RequiredThe bidder shall invariably inspect the site before submission of the bid and upload the Site Inspection Report, duly certified by the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer and signed by the bidder, along with the bid documents. Bids submitted without the Site Inspection Report are liable to be rejected.
