Conveyance of excavated earth and dismantaled materials away from work site by mechanical means with 5KM lead etc. complete/cum.

Filling in foundation and plinth with Sand watered and rammed as per OPWD specification including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, T&P etc. all complete/cum.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size Crusher broken hard granitige metal including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, T & P water for curing etc. all

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) 12mm size Crusher broken hard granitge Chips including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, T & P water for curing etc. all complete/cum.

Fly ash bricks 25cmx12cmx8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance 12 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including all etc. complete in F & P/cum.

2.5 cm Damp Proof Course (DPC) with CC (1:2:4) using 12mm size Crusher broken granite chips per 1 sqm

Fly ash bricks 25cmx12cmx8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure including all etc.

RCC work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade Crusher broken hard granite chips including hoisting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, T & P water items of work/cum. for curing etc. all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished
