Dismentling of old burnt & damage ACSR panther Conductor from Bus Bar and structures including 33KV Disc Insulator, 33KV Disc Fittings and all Isolator Clamps.

Stringing and Sagging of New ACSR Panther conductor on Bus Bar and Structures including binding and jampering complete after fixing of 33KV Disc Insulator, Disc Fittings and all Isolator Clamps.

Installation of 24Volt Battery & Testing of DC circuits for proper tripping of 33kv & 11 Kv VCB after fixing of Battery set

Chemical Earthing of power T/F including digging of pit of size 2.5Mtr depth and make hole of size 150mm. Placing of earthing electrode (To be supplied by contractor) connecting the same with GI Strip (To be supplied by contractor) of size 35X6mm for minium length 6Mtr. (Neutral Point, Body & L.A).

Removing dry or Old paint from existing Power T/F and all Structure and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.

Spray Painting of existing 5MVA & 3MVA Power T/F at 33/11KV Sub Station complete including cost of paint and other materials.

Painting of all Structure, Fencing and switchyard Poles at 33/11KV Switchyard complete including cost of paint and other materials.

Proper Alignment of 33KV Line isolator ,Bus Isolator,Greasing, oiling complte.
