Annual repair and maintenance of sanitary and plumbing works at inside and outside of STPS.

(I) Supplying of different types of sanitary & plumbing materials (II) Repairing, renewing & tit-bit original works of Ferrule & Ferrule Connection (III) Repairing, renewing & tit-bit original works of G.I/P.V./U.P.V.C pipe works and its Fittings. (IV) Repairing, renewing & tit-bit original works of cisterns, G.I/P.V.C Tanks with Parts. (V) Repairing, renewing & tit-bit original works of Basins and sinks with Parts. (VI) Repairing, renewing & tit-bit original works of Soil pipee and fittings (VII) Repairing, renewing & tit-bit original works of Water Closets and urinals. (VIII) Repairing, renewing & tit-bit original works of Inspection Pit, Septik Tank, Soak Pit etc. [Note :- During preparing bills, as labour cost, a total 30% from the combined rate (as provided in WB PWD SOR), will be deducted for each of the items executed by the agreemental workers using the supplied/departmental store materials ] Quantity:- As per actual execution Unit:-As per WB PWD SOR (Building & Sanitary-Plumbing) w.e.f 01st November'2017 Rate:-As per WB PWD SOR (Building & Sanitary-Plumbing) w.e.f 01st November'2017 Estimated expenditure limit:-Rs.3,50,000/- The bidder put the value in the Rate column =(Estimated value +/- their % calculation of rate quoted on estimated expenditure limit) Example :- Quoted value =(350000+350000 X 5%)=Rs.3,67,500/- , So the bidder after calculation only put the 367500.00 in the rate column. OR Quoted value =(350000-350000 X 5%)=Rs.3,32,500/-, So the bidder after calculation only put the 332500.00 in the rate column.

Total wage including 'OVERHEAD & PROFIT' for engagement of following workers for attending day to day all types of sanitary and plumbing works at STPS (Inside and outside Power House). Agreemental -A[Rate-I] workers =03 heads. (NOTE: Please see page 11 for ‘WAGE ESTIMATE’ reference)
