Providing Maintenance Services and operation of Electrical & Mechanical Installations i.e power supply system, Electrical installation of terminal building, Fire alarm & fire fighting, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract shall be ensured round the clock (ie. in two shifts basis, each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & National Holidays as per direction of EIC. For 1st Year

Complete Overhuling & repairing of 3.5 HP capacity water pump i/c replacement of defective keys, necessary lathe work, replacement of ball bearing & gland packing including replacement of bush bearing, replacement of minor hardware items and painting after dismantling from the existing location, transporation upto the workshop if necessary & reinstallation of the same, testing etc complete as required as per site condition. Location: Overhead refining for CFT at Apron area

Replacement of Old damage street light loop-IN Loop-OUT box by IP 66 Thermoplastic Polycarbonete enclosure which is totally shock proof,safe, weather proof, rust proof, dust proof, water proof, halogen free silica free and having internally embeded gasket technology. The enclosure should have 04 nos of 25 sqmm elmax terminal to accomodate 4 X 25 sqmm LT cable, 1 No SP 6 Amp MCB of approved make MS clamp for pole mounting completed as required i/c dismantling the existing loop-IN Loop-OUT box, cable connection, earthing etc and reconnection the same with the new cable gland, earthing connection etc as complete as required.

Visit of speclised/authorised service engineer for checking of servicebility & assurance of fire alarm, fire extingusher & fire fighting system on half yearly basis or in unserviceable condition of the system when it is required & as per direction of EIC. For 1st Year

(Note: The firm has to quote/upload the Percentage above/ below (+/- %) on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate coloumn as clarified below: For Example: If desired to quote 5% above on SR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05. If desired to quote 3% below on SR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.97.) For 1st Year
