RATES OF THE DRILLING & DEVELOPMENT OF TUBE WELLS BY HEAVY DUTY PERCUSSION RIG MACHINE ANYWHERE IN UTTARAKHAND (150 meter Deep) Schedule A-1
Transportation of suitable truck mounted rig machine, air compressor, OP unit, camp equipage ,connected T&P and necessary accessories, casing pipe ,tube well assembly housing pipe etc including loading, unloading creation and levelling of rig machine upto site of work etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge required for drilling and development of TW (i) For plain Area
(ii) Erection & Leveling of rig machine at site of work
Drilling of bore following sizes by heavy duty percussion Rig machine (Telescopic Method) in alluvial, boulders, pebbles, rocky stone,sticky clay etc from ground level upto entire depth using by 600/550/500/450/400 mm casing pipes as below. (i) 600/550/500 mm dia bore from GL to 50 m BGL
(ii) 450 mm dia bore from 50 m to 100 m BGL
(iii) 400 mm dia bore from 100 m to 150 m BGL
Lowering of different size of casing pipes in drilled and lined bore as below (i) Lowering of 500/450 mm Dia casing pipe (a) from GL to 50 m BGL
(ii) Lowering of 400 mm Dia casing pipe (a) from GL to 100 m BGL
Extraction of different size of casing pipe from bottom to GL as below (i) Extraction of 400mm dia casing pipe from 150 m BGL to 100 m BGL
(ii) Extraction of 500/450mm dia casing pipe from 150 m BGL to 50 m BGL
(iii) Extraction of 600/550/500mm dia casing pipe from 50 m BGL to GL
Lifting of different size of casing pipe in drilled lined bore as below (i) Lifting of 400mm dia casing pipe from 100 m BGL to GL as below
(ii) Lifting of 500/450mm dia casing pipe from 50 m BGL to GL as below
Procurement of TW assembly as below (i) 300 mm dia MSERW pipe 7.90mm thick (a) Blind & Threaded
(b) Slotted & threaded
(ii) 300 mm Dia Bail Plug
(iii) 300 mm Dia MS well cap
(iv) 300 mm Dia MS clamp with nuts & bolts
(v) Supply of pea gravel of size 1.6 mm to 4.8 mm
(vi) Surrounding of pea Gravels in between bore and tubewell assembly upto entire depth of tubewell ordered by the department
Lowering of TW assembly as below (i) preparing & Lowering of tubewell assembly starting from GL to the required depth including cutting welding as per required at site complete with all T&P (a) 300 mm dia MS ERW pipe (plain & Slotted)as required
Dismantling of heavy duty percussion Rig machine & other equipments and clearance of site after finishing the job.
Development of T/W by 350 PSI/1400 CFM air compressor unit to the satisfaction of Engineering in charge to give sand free discharge and proper packing of pea Gravels at least for 70 Hrs
Development of T/W by the suitable submersible OP units complete with Lowering and lifting of pumping plant having 2000 LPM discharge approximate including running of OP unit and weld testing of tubewell by V Notch atleast for 60 Hrs to the satisfactory completion of work

Drilling of 550 mm dia bore by heavy duty direct rotary Rig machine in alluvial, boulders, pebbles, rocky stone, sticky clay etc from ground level upto entire depth for 300 mm dia linear assembly
Procurement of TW assembly as below (i) 300 mm dia MSERW pipe 7.90mm thick (a) Blind & Threaded
(b) Slotted & threaded
(ii) 300 mm Dia Bail Plug
(iii) 300 mm Dia MS well cap
(iv) 300 mm Dia MS clamp with nuts & bolts
(v) Supply of pea gravel of size 1.6 mm to 4.8 mm
(vi) Surrounding of pea Gravels in between bore and tube well assembly upto entire depth of tube well ordered by the department
Preparing & lowering of tube well assembly starting from G.L. to the required depth including cutting, welding as required at site complete with all T&P required. (i) Fixing of 300 mm dia bail plug with Nut & U-bolt.
(ii) Lowering of 300 mm dia MSERW housing pipe (Plain & Slotted pipe) as required.
(iii) Fixing of 300 mm dia, 8 mm thick tube well cap.
(iv) Fixing of 300 mm dia M.S.D.I. housing clamp.
Dismantling of Rig Machine & Clearance of site after satisfactory completion of work.
