Detailed Investigation, Survey with Total station of the level crossings/ROB location along with the existing road network and propose different possible alignments for construction of 1 ROB/RUB in coordination with railway Department officials. a) Submission of site plan with all existing site particulars and all Bore log details etc., as per requirement for getting alignment approvals. b) Preparation of three proposed New Alignments in Different colors for getting of Alignment approval in co-ordination with railway department officials. c) Submission of Longitudinal section of existing road and for New proposed alignment also. Rate is inclusive of GST-18%

Once Approval is accorded for the proposed Alignment and for Longitudinal section by the Railways, the following details are to be submitted. a) L.S for site clearance such as jungle 2 clearance, levelling etc., for marking of Approved Alignment on Site. b) Marking of Approved Alignment on site at 25M. Intervals either side. c) After marking Alignment on site, Preparation of Land Plan Schedules, getting of approvals for the same from the Revenue department and then to be submitted to Railway Department for Approvals. Rate is inclusive of GST-18%

After getting approvals for land plan schedules preparation of estimates for the 3 effecting structural details like Residential Buildings/Sheds/Shops/Industries/Govt.Structures etc. to be submitted to Revenue department and approvals to be accorded from concern department for the same and then approved structural estimates to be submitted to Railway Department. Rate is inclusive of GST-18%

After getting of Soil Classification Report (Soil Investigation is not a Part), the following details are to be submitted. a) Preparation of GAD for Bridge Proper/RUB and approvals to be accorded in coordination with Railway department. After getting of approval GAD from Railway 4 department the same to be submitted. b) After approval of GAD, Finalisation of designs and structural drawings for the approaches on both sides of the railway proper/RUB which is with the scope of Railway department. c) For the above submitted components approvals to be obtained from the concern departments and the same are to be submitted 5 copies to Railway department. d) Preparation of Detailed Project Report Rate is inclusive of GST-18%
