PROVIDING SERVICES FOR GRASS CUTTING WORKS AND DESILTING OF THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM ACROSS THE ENTIRE PLANT AT HBL SUGAU

Grass Cutting Work Scope of Job Included: Grass cutting shall be carried out in all open areas of the entire plant premises, either manually or using a grass cutter machine or any other suitable method. The contractor shall arrange all required grass cutting machines and equipment at their own cost. The work also includes cutting and removal of wild vegetation, small trees, bushes, shrubs, and unwanted plants in open areas, along roadsides, and around buildings. In addition, the contractor shall trim and remove shrubs, creepers, and other vegetation protruding over the plant boundary wall, electrical poles, high mast towers, watch towers, buildings, and other structures, as directed by the Officer-in-Charge. Scope of Job Included: Contractor shall provide adequate and trained manpower for regular and as-and-when-required cleaning and desilting of all drains within the plant premises. The work shall include complete removal of accumulated silt, sludge, mud, weeds, plastic waste, and other debris from drains to ensure smooth flow of water and prevent blockage or overflow. The contractor shall ensure that the removed material is properly collected, loaded onto tractor/trolley or any approved transport vehicle, safely transported to the designated disposal site, and duly unloaded without causing any spillage en route. The contractor shall also ensure cleanliness of the surrounding area after completion of work. Manpower shall be deployed within 3 days of intimation from the Plant In-Charge/Plant HR and shall remain available as per requirements advice by Plant. (Service Based Jobs.)

Provision of Tractor & Trolley: A separate provision for tractor with trolley, including diesel and driver, for 8 hours per day is required for transportation and disposal of waste materials generated during grass cutting and drainage cleaning activities. The tractor and trolley shall be used for collection, loading, transportation and unloading of cut grass, silt, sludge, weeds, garbage and other waste materials removed from drains and different locations within the plant premises. The collected waste shall be transported to the designated dumping/disposal area as directed by the Plant In-Charge/authorized representative. The vehicle shall be deployed as and when required, based on the requirement of the plant and instructions of the concerned authorized person. (Service Based Jobs.)
