| 1.03 | Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of Central Heating System for a period of 04 months for the year 2024-25 which Comprises of;
a, Provision of various consumable like Dhoti Cloth, Grease, Insulation tapes, gland packing etc. necessary during smooth operation of central Heating.
b, Provision of replacement of various spares like electrodes photocells, nozzles, oil pumps, sequence controller damaged during the period etc.
c, Provision of replacement of various capacities of contactors, relay, timers, fuses etc. for panel and sub- panel damaged during the period
d, Provision for over hauling of raw pumps, oil transfer pumps, circulation pumps etc. of various capacities damaged during the period.
e, Provision of servicing of electrical motors of various capacities including impregnation, varnishing damaged during the period.
f, The job is exclusive of any major replacement of equipment’s of the central heating system such as Boilers, Mixing Tank, Radiators, Sequence Controllers, Transformers etc. | 2 | Jobs | 30,000 | ₹60,000 |
