Distribution Main
Excavation in soil mixed with single boulders etc. requiring the use of specials T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30M with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches. MSERW Pipe 150 mm Dia 5.6 mm thick.
Providing of all materials, Carting from site store to site of work, Lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying of MS ERW Pipes grade Yst 210, Jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of eletrodes suitable for jointing of water supply pipe lines (Ador, L&T or equivalent electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, completion of work with testing of pipe line etc MSERW Pipe 150 mm Dia 5.6 mm thick.
Making connection with the existing M.S. Galvanised mains of upto 25mm nominal dia, including cutting and threading of pipe, bailing out water, fixing, if required, specials and testing etc. complete, but excluding cost of insertion pipes and specials besides boring out (and also subsequent back fill) existing 100mm to -150 mm

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. O.H.T. of 150 KL and 20m staging height including cost of all material, labour, shuttering, scaffolding, T&P completed for following capacity (in KL) with 1.00m wide R.C.C. stair case from G.L. to balcony and from balcony to top dome 1m x1m R.C.C. landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 20mm dia G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5 mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder, from top to the floor inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, supply and fixing of outlet, inlet, over flow and washout pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60M wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder, M.S. M.H. cover, ventilator column etc. complete with approved water proofing (apex.)/enamel paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8M2/SQM and staging 20.00 meter. Submission of Soil testing, Detailed Design and drawing from any recognized University such as I.I.T etc or Govt accredited firm/Lab as per direction of Engineer in -charge. R.C.C. as per approved design including fixing various pipes and ventilator at top and fixing of M.S. sheet of 10mm gauge manhole cover of 60X60cm size with frame and locking arrangement and railing including supply of all material. Supply of fixing of M.S. Ladder form inside the tank body from room to the bottomdome of the tank in the slope of 3:1 (3vertical:1 horizontal) with railing as specified. Railing on staircase & its landings, all around balcony & top dome for access up to ventilator as specifications including supply of all material, Railing shall be provided in three rows of G.I. pipes (medium Quality) Supply and fixing of digital water level indicator along with all necessary equipment such as invertor a per specifications and fixing of lightening conductor and earth plate etc. as per specifications. Testing of tank of water tightness as per specifications enclosed including supply of water. Supply of all materials and construction of 80mm thick R.C.C. floor, apron and 15cm dia semi-circular drain around apron in a slope towards wash out chamber. Three coats of approved quality and shade of Apex Asian Paint for Painting of as per direction of Engineer in charge over concrete work including supply of all materials etc. Three coats of anti-corrosive/aluminium/black Japan paint of approved quality on all iron work including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. Supplying, carting and fixing of following sizes MSERW/D.I D/F pipes with required specials such as reducers, duck foot bend, (bell mouth etc. in inlet of tank) rubber insertion sheet, nut bolts, washer etc. complete as per specifications: a- 150 mm dia in inlet b- 200mm dia in outlet c- 200 mm dia in overflow d- 100 mm dia in wash out Supplying, carting and fixing of following sizes D.I. D/F sluice valves as per relevant latest I.S. Specifications including supply of all jointing and other materials such as rubber insertion sheet, nut bolts, washer etc. complete as per specifications: a- 150 mm da in inlet b- 200mm dia in outlet c- 200 mm dia in overflow Supply of all materials labour T&P and construct brick masonry sluice valve chambers including R.C.C. cover as per deptt. Type design at inlet, outlet and washout pipes. The R.C.C. cover shall be casted in M.S. Channel section with handles on both sides.(Sluice valve chamber for over flow & wash out may be combined). The words Jal Jeevan Mission, year of construction, capacity of O.H.T. and slogan approved by Engineer in charge shall be painted prominently in letter not less than 30cm. In height. Maintenance of 12 months including supply of all materials etc complete. Maintenance period shall be counted from date of completion.
