NOTE FOR ITEM NO 95.00 (1) Provisional lump sum shall be expended wholly or in parts as directed by GE. The works under Provisional Lump Sum shall be measured and paid for at applicable rates in MES SSR 2010 Part-II subject to percentage ( + or - denomination) computed under last column of this schedule above/below the provisional lump sum price worked out by the MES.
