Procurement of commercially Off the Shelf (COTS) Video Surveillance as a service (VSAAS) platform including VMS, hosted on a Ministry of IT (MeitY) empaneled Tier III Cloud Service Provider (CSP), capable of integrating up to 5000 cameras along with requisite one time license fee

•

Supply installation and commission of PTZ CCTV camera as per Specification as mentioned in RFP and connected Annexures.

•

Supply installation and commission of Fixed CCTV camera as per Specification as mentioned in RFP and connected Annexures.

•

Procurement and commisioning of Forensic Analysis sofware with one time license fee per camera basis(Same rate applicable for additional camera)

•

Procurement and commisioning Facial Recognition Software with one time license fee per camera basis(Same rate applicable for additional camera)

•

Development of Mobile APP for use by Police, Mobile unit of the Police and District Surveillance centre integrated with Video Management system and other video analytics

•

Supply Installation and Commission of IT and Non IT Components which includes UPS , FTTH terminal industrial grade switches with PoE, Poles and Outdoor Junction Box

•

Supply installation and commission of Emergency Call Box with associated software as per Specification as mentioned in RFP and connected Annexures.

•

Supply installation and commission of Public Address System with associated software as per Specification as mentioned in RFP and connected Annexures.

Training and Handholding as per scope of work as mentioned in RFPs and Connected Annexure

Operation Cost

•

Cloud Hosting Charges for VSAAS platform including VMS and High availability storage of 50 GB per camera for 464 cameras) For additional new camera charges will be applicable on pro rata basis

•

Cloud Charges for Archival of video on cold storage per camera (total amount to be quoted for 6 TB per camera for 6 months for 464 cameras). For additional new camera charges will be applicable on pro rata basis.

•

Each of the site will have static IP address. (Total amount to be quoted for 12 months per site for 124 locations) For additional new locations charges will be applicable on pro rata basis.

•

Software- Annual Technical Support and subscription upgrade (for VMS, Mobile App, Facial Recognitions, Forensic Analysis) as per scope of work technical specifications and connected annexures.

•

Hardware- Annual Technical Support (for all the Hardware including Camera )as per scope of work technical specifications and connected annexures.
